Applicable Models
For non EtherCAT fixed robots: eCobra, Viper, Hornet and Quattro robots.
Software used is ACE.
For robots Pre eV+2.1, licenses were installed and activated on CX and EX SmartControllers SD cards.
From eV+2.2 the licensing structure changed where the licenses were kept on the robot eAIB micro SD cards.
With this in mind, always backup these SD cards.
Additional software functions such as PackXpert and AceSight use a dongle license for use on a PC server.
