FH Simulation Software Installation Error

If you are unable to install the Simulation Software, please check the following steps and take the appropriate measures.

1. Verify ".NET Framework 3.5" is installed and install if necessary.
2. To ensure there are no corrupt files in the install package, start from the first step of unzipping the installation zip file.
3. Ensure that when installing the software, you are logged in as administrator or you can select install as administrator.

If using Version 5.71, or later, please install the simulation software only after installing the launcher. 

• If you are installing to a 64bit PC, make sure you select the 64bit version of the Simulation Software. The 64bit simulator is available for Version 5.2. and later.
• If you are installing to a 32bit PC, make sure you select the 32bit version of the Simulation Software.

Difference between 32bit OS and 64bit OS:

• The 32bit OS can recognise memory to maximum 4GB. The memory available for one software is maximum 2GB.
• The 64bit OS can recognise memory larger than 4GB. There is no limitation for memory available for one software.
• When a PC is operated by 64bit OS, using a 64bit simulator allows effective use of PC memory to create scene groups.
