The LVS V275 has a number of options for printing, including tear off, Rewind, peel and present. The Printer  has the option to use labels between 20 and 114mm for the ZT610 and 51 to 180mm for the ZT620.

 

Hardware setup

Label setup print modes

   

To load the labels, follow the steps below. 

  • load the labels onto the media spindle (1)
  •  Feed the media under the dancer assembly (2)
  •  Through the media sensor (3)
  •  Under the printhead assembly (4)
  •  Through the imaging device assembly (5)
  •  Slide the media back until it touches the inside back wall of the media sensor (6).
  • Extend 500mm of label out of the printer

 

 

Loading of ribbon 

To load the ribbon, the following steps are required. 

  • Open the printhead assembly
  • Run the loose end of the ribbon under the printhead and loop around the front end of the printhead.
